Hi Everyone!
Our task this week was to prepare an exercise on how we can use the subject of "augmented reality", which we have heard frequently in recent years, in the field of education. This task has been the one that bothered me the most for a long time, but in the end, My groupmate (Tunç) and I finished our task by taking into account the problems our classmates had and the solutions they found. First of all, if we talk about the problems that challenge us, there is still no competence in the field of "augmented reality". I think so because the adaptability of the content to daily life is very low. It's not common enough to be available to everyone. If we look at the prices of paid applications, we understand that "augmented reality" is a privilege for now. Fortunately, our teacher ,who saw that we had a problem about this issue, offered us a solution by telling us that we could do this task with "qr code" technology. We were able to complete this task because "qr code" is a technology that has been in daily life for a long time for the age of technology, unlike "augmented reality" technology. It was a web-based site called "qrcodemonkey" that provided this to us. But even though we couldn't do exactly what was asked during the mission, we learned about "augmented reality" and personally, as someone with visual intelligence, I think this technology should be more common. This technology does not only appeal to those with visual intelligence, it appeals to everyone because it is a technology that we can place and examine even large structures that we cannot imagine in the living room of our home.
That's all for this week.
Be real! ;)
